Our Story

Avio Zmaj was founded in 2016 with the simple goal of getting Airline passengers the compensation they deserve for delayed or cancelled flights. We wanted to make the process simple an efficient and get the compensation due to our customers in the shortest time possible

Our team members have a combined 50 years of experience in various sectors of the aviation business, including experience working for travel agencies, airlines and management consultants. They understand how the industry operates, who regulates it and what the passenger rights are.

Desa has over 15 years experience working in various customer service industry the last several in the travel industry. She has extensive knowledge of how airlines work and how you can get compensation from them. Desa has dealt with every imaginable delay and cancellation situation and is eager to help you get the compensation you deserve.

Bojana has spent over 20 years working in various customer facing industries. She has extensive travel experience and has travelled to over 40 countries. Bojana is a skilled negotiator and is ready to get you the compensation that you are entitled to.

Gordana had over 10 year’s experience working at Travel Agencies. She has worked both in customer facing and management roles. Prior to her careear in travel, she worked in cusomer service for more than 15 years. Gordana has travelled extensively and is passionate about helping travelers get the compensation they deserve
